American Jobs Plan (AJP): ITA Recommendations for Tribal Transportation Elements
The AJP is an investment in American that will create millions of good jobs and rebuild the country's infrastructure. The President's plan is to provide a boost in funding toward an array of infrastructure needs. NCAI is responding to the overall AJP intent with the various elements that are included such as housing, IT, transportation, climate change, etc. ITA is responding to Tribal Transportation needs. A zoom meeting was held on April 7, 2021 to discuss the recommendations; submitted comments, suggestions, and revisions were used to finalize the document. Attached you can download the document that was forwarded to Speaker Pelosi and Minority Leader McCarthy.
